Mondays in Brighton - Fusion Belly Dance Level 2 (FBD2)
Fusion Belly dance Level 2: DRILLS - ISOLATION COMBO'S - TRAVELLING SEQUENCES
WHAT IS THIS? fusion belly dance is a more modern interpretation of Egyptian dance, with influences of Jazz and Ballet, ATS, Flamenco and Street dance. Each class contains a vigorous warm up followed by stretching and strengthening exercises. In the technique session of the level 2 class, we will focus on isolation drills and combo's and travelling sequences.

Fusion belly dance is a 6 week course every MONDAY evening starting 16th January 2012 and 27th February 2012

FUSION BELLY DANCE LEVEL 3: ISOLATION COMBO'S - LAYERING - TRAVELLING SEQUENCES - CHOREOGRAPHY
WHAT IS THIS? fusion belly dance is a more modern interpretation of Egyptian dance, with influences of Jazz and Ballet, ATS, Flamenco and Street dance. Each class contains a vigorous warm up followed by stretching and strengthening exercises. In the technique session of the level 3 class, we will focus on isolation combo's and layering, travelling sequences and choreography. Each term you will be working on a choreography to specific music. Since this class mainly focuses on choreography, it's best combined with FBD2 to accompany this class.

WHAT IS THIS? The format allows the dancers to improvise in group with a vocabulary of set movements, transitions and cues. More information on American Tribal Style

FUSION BELLY DANCE LEVEL 1 - BASIC ISOLATIONS AND TRAVELLING STEPS
WHAT IS THIS? This course is for absolute beginners. We will learn about safe allignment, basic stretching, isolations working towards basic isolation combo's, basic travelling steps.
