Mira Betz is coming to Brighton 7-9 March 2008!!!

San Francisco based Mira Betz will be teaching 5 workshops and will be performing at the Joogleberry on Friday the 7th of March 2008. Active in theater, dance and the performing arts for 20 years she has become a sought after dancer, choreographer, costumer and teacher. Her dance background includes training in Salsa, Modern, Jazz, and Flamenco. WORKSHOPS:

1.30-3.30: All that Oozes
focus on arms and hands and moving slow with power and intention

4pm-6pm: shimmies and layering

Sunday the 9th of March 2008

10.30am-12.30pm: Hot technique and spicy combinations
general technique and combo's to use for improvisation

1pm-3pm: Fusion Choreography

3.30-5.30pm: In Praise of Improv
exercises to gain proficiency at improvisation

FEES: £20 per workshop or £80 for all 5 workshops
